Managing Your Posts

Posts show proof of your hard work to local customers. They update your social media channels and your site.vu portfolio page at the same time.

The easiest way to create a post

• Send a WhatsApp message to Raye with photos of your job.
• Include a short note about the work you completed.
• Raye writes the full text for your social media channels automatically. This saves you physical labour after a long day on site.

Adding posts from your dashboard

1. Click Create new post on the posts page.
2. Upload your project photos from your computer.
3. Pick the date you want your post to go live.
4. Raye handles all the writing for you.

Checking your 30-day schedule

• View your calendar to see queued posts and past posts.
• Click Edit on any queued post to change the text or photos before it goes live.
• Customise what you call posts in your settings menu to suit your trade.

Fixing failed social media posts

If a post fails to go live on Facebook or Instagram, do not worry:

• Find the post in your calendar.
• Click the Retry button next to the failed post.
• Your marketing assistant will try sending the post to your channels again.
